I had to wreck a late TIII fasty from '70 for some spares - Peter from the Slambulance is going to use the IRS setup + gearbox for his split conversion - It was again a lot of work but since it's still holiday for 8 days it way a nice way to keep me busy !

We stripped the spare 411 and saved the gearbox and some other parts that might be useful in the future - this was actually one of the hardest old cars we worked on - shame no-one actually wanted to save this one as it was really good - it made a nice photo though :)
We finally found some time to complete the other engine - renewed the water pump and did some check-ups and some maintenance - the engine is ready to go back in !
